Finally the long awaited, controversial, padded 2016 budget has been signed into law this morning. The budget was signed in the presence of the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, and the chairmen of the National Assembly appropriation committees.
Finally.. let's see if there would be an improvement.
