500l agric engineering student of Niger Delta university killed by suspected cultist

He is a 500l agricutural engineering student of Niger delta university (NDU) and He was attacked by 2 cultist yesterday's afternoon, one with a gun and the other with a matchet. He also said His both hands are useless as he may not be able to use them, even if he survives. May God help him.
